There is nothing negative I can say about this dealership. Pam Zabitz was my sales person and she did a Dana tasting job getting my deal done! Unfortunately, she was off the day I scheduled to pick up my A6 so she had someone else do it for her. Jay did a great job going over every aspect of the vehicle. I would highly recommend Paul Miller for anyone looking for an Audi.

Service.
Bought the service contract when I purchase the my Audi for $2000. I ask service to replace the brake pads because i'm getting close to the 60,000 miles 48 month end. They said no it didn't need it. So I spent $2000 and only got a wheel alignment and wiper blades for a about $200. Not worth the money.

Service rating
It was very pleasant. I took it in for an oil change and an overall check for winter driving. My service advisor listened to my concerns regarding my car and had them checked out. I had an oil change and wiper replaced, tires checked and the car runs great.
