Exceptional service

Ralph helped the 45k service for my Q7, it was very professional and Hassle free. He even asked the technician to replaced my battery. Very happy with them

Engine Light on

As usual Paul Miller Audi has a top notch service center with knowledgeable personnel who care about their customers. Other than paying for dealership prices the Paul Miller service group makes you feel special.

Warning light visit

Ralph and team did an excellent job repairing a leak in the coolant pump. The job was done quickly and done well. They also provided a loaner car and I was in and out quickly for drop-off and pick-up.

15,000 Mile Service

Superior and highly respectful customer service provided by my service adviser Lou Berardino who welcomed me to the service department and was very professional in assuring that my expectations would be met. I assure you, my expectations were far exceeded. In addition, Leighton Kuet, who sold me the Q5, made a special point to stop and welcome me, as well, as he was aware that I would be bringing in the Q5 for service. Both gentlemen well represent the Paul Miller Audi Team. Please extend a warm thank you to them from me.

INITAL OIL AND FILTER CHANGE

THIS WAS MY FIRST MAINTENANCE VISIT. THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS FRIENDLY AND TOLD ME THE TIME TO COMPLETE THE SERVICE. WIFI WAS AVAILABLE AND HELPED TO PASS THE WAITING TIME. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN LESS TIME THAN ANTICIPATED. THE AMENITIES ARE FINE. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. I WOULD REVISIT THIS DEALER FOR ANY FURTHER SERVICES.
