Excellant and accomodating

Both the sales manager and my sales person where so very accommodating to my budget and was extremely helpful. They explained all the options that I was available to me. Overall, a great experience. This is my second audi purchased and both were at Paul Miller.

Awesome Audi Service!

While visiting Morristown from out of state, my 2012 Q7 was overheating. After an unsuccessful trip to a gas station to diagnose the problem, I dropped in to the service center at 7:00, right before it was closing for the night. Everyone couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. I was set up with a loaner, and my thermostat was replaced the following morning and I was back on the road to Maryland by the afternoon. Luis Torilio in particular was extremely helpful. He took the vehicle and oversaw the process to ensure the issue was properly diagnosed and fixed quickly. I was especially impressed given the fact that I am not a regular customer, nor do I even live in the area. The Service Department did a thorough job inspecting the car and making sure everything was in good working order before we got on the road. They even offered to help me pack up my car with our luggage from the loaner before we hit the road. Above and beyond! Thank you!

I was very satisfied with all aspects of my service visit. I was told what needed to be done and the service was completed in a timely manner I would highly recommend Paul Miller Audi to anyone in the market for an Audi. I have bought 3 vehicles from Paul Miller and have no regrets

Great service. Courteous and knowledgeable staff.

Very satisfied with service and professionalism, knowledge and courteousness of the staff as always. I do think you are overzealous in confirming pending appointments with multiple phone calls, text messages and emails. Better you qualify which of your customers are idiots :) I do have one comment regarding my visit. I received a loaner car (appreciate availability) however I received less than a full tank of gas in the car. That was later identified on my receipt as 5/8 of a tank. I did not replace gas when I returned the car and accept the charge for gas and the service charge associated with that. However, I was charged for 2.3 gallons of gas. I drove the car almost exactly 20 miles total. Find it hard to belief the car got 8.7 miles/gallon. This is not a big deal to me. Just thought I'd mention.

Great services.

We leased Audi A3 for the second term. Albert delivered an excellent service from beginning to the end. He is very patient to explain the quality of vehicle and helpful for the initial settings. His friendliness impressed us. Hopefully our salesperson will be Albert again after three years when our lease terminates. Thank you Albert.
