Very Satisfied Customer at Paul Miller Audi
The buying experience at Paul Miller was a very pleasant one. The facilities are of a very sleek design, clean, customer friendly, and comfortable.. Our salesman, Leighton, was very professional, knowledgeable, and not pushy, which I appreciated! The finance manager, Michael, was very informative and offered us different options for payment and warranties. He was also very easy to work with and did not try to sell us packages that did not fit our driving needs. All in all, I was happy with all aspects of the buying process. I have also had a chance to interact with the service department, which was also a great experience. I have only 500 miles on my new Audi Q7, however, I got a warning message regarding oil pressure, which appeared and then disappeared. When this happened, I immediately called Paul MIller. Lou B. in service took my call and had me come right over. The service department ran diagnostics and, although they were unable to determine exactly why the message appeared, they were confident that the oil pressure was fine and the car was 100% safe to drive. If anything, It is a problem with the sensor and, should it happen again, they will order a new one. Service is extremely important to me, and I have a good feeling already that Paul Miller will be very accommodating when it comes to service issues.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
If i would give this dealership negative stars i would. this is BY FAR the worst experience i have ever had with a car dealership. I dealt with them for over two months, and every single time was worse than before and now here i am two months later and THEY SOLD MY CAR OUT FROM UNDER ME when the MANAGER i was dealing with was on vacation. i can’t put into words how frustrating and how awful this dealership is. there is zero communication between sales people, and that’s if you can even get anyone on the phone. I have dealt with their customer service rep, multiple sales person and manager and NO ONE ever returns phone calls or ever seems to a. know who i’m talking about when i ask for some one specific or b. is ever in when i called through out the day. My experience started out with a very nasty sales person who was beating on brand new cars in the lot and has ended with them selling the car i was about to purchase to some one else. Save your time and shop ANY where else, they don’t deserve the business because they don’t know how to run one.
