Could not be better

This is not the first car I have bought from Paul Miller. Peter Wendel my salesperson is the best. I always feel appreciated and never feel that my business is taken for granted

always pleasant and professional

On-time service for recall.

I was greeted immediately & directed to the service advisor. The paperwork process was completed within 5 minutes. I then finalized additional paperwork for the loaner car, which arrived shortly thereafter. It was an A6 - Very impressive car. When I returned for my car later that day, it was washed, work completed & I was on my way within 10 minutes.

Great Service!

Paul Miller Audi continues to impress my family! We brought our 2015 Audi Q5 in for the 35,000 mile service and the service staff was very professional and courteous! We truly appreciated the use of a loaner car while the service was being performed! We would highly recommend Paul Miller Audi to all of our friends and family members! Keep up the great work!

I was given a timely and convenient appointment. The work was completed earlier than requested. Natasha kept me apprised throughout the process. Car came back cleaned, inside & out.

Emergency visit

Late on a Friday afternoon I discovered my battery (car stored in a garage) in my 2006 A6 was only at 20% of charge (I brought up the battery indicator on the car's computer). This battery is almost 12 years old; it is original equipment. Luckily there was enough juice to start the car, thank goodness, so I went to Paul Miller immediately to hopefully have the battery replaced. There, Luis accommodated me very well, even though it was late in the day and I had no appointment. In addition to replacing the battery, I had additional work done which I had been putting off including an airbag recall problem. All was handled in a professional way in a reasonable amount of time and I was happy all the other items could be taken care of at this time. I neglected to obtain warranty information on the new battery; I will call the dealership next week to ask about that. A small bulb was burned out in the dashboard display; I was told the whole dashboard assembly would have to be replaced at a cost of over $2600! I realize this is an Audi requirement, not the dealer's......an unfortunate Audi failing. All in all, I was very pleased at the dealership's response to my urgent and unplanned problem. A good experience.
