Poor Performace
My name is Milen Cerino. I called today March 10, 2017 @ 9:35 am to set up an appointment in reference to the safety recall 19M1 - Electric Coolant Pump Software, after receiving a letter from Audi of America. Somebody named Kelly pick up the phone. Beside the fact of being rude and abrasive, Kelly's respond was: "don't have anything available until after March 20, will call you back". I was about to clarify a few details, but Kelly hanged up on me, and never called back. I was very devastated by her performance. This kind of attitude must never take a place at business facility! It's a disgrace for the company and the reason for the consumers to think twice before purchase from this dealer.

Prompt attention, expeditious work, thorough job
I came in without an appointment and someone attended to me right away. the service adviser was courteous and arranged immediately to have the oil changed in the car which is what I came in for. the work was done in little over an hour and at a reasonable price. In addition my car was checked for possible defects and things that should be attended to, and why. That survey report is very helpful. All in all an excellent experience.

Terrific purchase experience
Had the car chosen, a Q5, and the dealer, Paul Miller, selected prior to contacting the dealership. Was fortunate enough to have been referred to a salesperson who, when a message was left, got back to us within minutes. Less than 24 hours later, we were mailed information about our desired vehicle and we made an appointment for that weekend. We were so thrilled with the respect paid to us in terms of our time and resources. The dealer, salesperson Peter Wendell, and his assistant Thomas went out of their way to provide us with all the information (and then some) needed to make our decision. Much of the legwork was completed over e-mail and brief phone calls promptly returned so not that much time was missed from work. When purchase day happened, it was the smoothest, most seamless transaction my husband and I had ever experienced (and between us we have purchased or leased probably 15 cars). A first for us was the comprehensive - it had to have been an hour - car "tutorial" we received helping us with some of the technology features of the car. Little things like a follow up e-mail the Monday after makes all the difference in what could have been a stressful experience. Looking forward to many great years with this car.
