I buy all my cars from Paul Miller ... I am an Audi guy ... my wife prefers BMWs and I recently purchased a Rav 4 for my sons ... I do all of this at Paul Miller dealerships because of Peter Wendell ...

The service was great, but this survey format is terrible. I give the service a 5 out of 5 stars, but this survey is a 2 out of 5 stars. Please look into new survey formats, like texting.

Sales: Pete E was excellent and extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle features and strengths. Helped me a lot as a previous 15-year BMW owner. Highly recommend. Vehicle: all well. Discovered with weathers that driver side wiper is very worn out. Streaks on windshield from the wiping. Did not test this at test drive so did not bring it up to Audi. Will be good if this can be replaced out of courtesy. Thank you. Karen -Audi A6

My car needed service and when I drove up by name was on the electronic bill board and a loaner was waiting for me. I received a call in the afternoon that the car was ready for pickup. The repairs were completed and my car was washed. No issues since I left the dealership.
