Great Service Experience!

Scheduled vehicle for a recall notice. Staff is courteous and made it easy and convenient to schedule the service. Service Adviser Phil Aquilina is terrific and the work was completed in the timeframe promised. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Service review

Great service quality. They are really kind for gave me a free repair which that part was not covered by the warranty. Service adviser was really really friendly too. Appreciate for there service and help!

Fast - Easey service experience.

Needed to schedule my car for an oil change and maintenance check, scheduled on line and got an appointment the next day. Dropped my car off on my way to work, picked it up on my way home...doesn't get any easier than that. As always, Mike Esposito is pleasant, knowledgeable and relays what needs to be done now plus gives me a 'heads up' on what to expect next service. Mike has always been a pleasure to deal which is very much appreciated from someone who can barely fill the car with gas.

Paul Miller Audi - A Pleasure to Work With

The experience was great. Everyone from the front desk upon entering to the finance agent in closing the deal were friendly and helpful. Our sales rep was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, informative, patient, enthusiastic and a true professional. Could not ask for anything more and could not be happier with the car or the process to obtain it!

Love my service rep, Lou-- he is so efficient and timely not to mention his demeanor! Spotless waiting area with coffee and treats, plenty of room to spread out and work while you wait.

Wonderful and fulfilling experience.

Very enjoyable experience buying two cars for my family, a new 2017 A3 for our son and a lightly tested 2015 TT Roadster convertible for my wife. Thanks to Dave Waters for making it happen and even staying late on a Saturday to fine tune the deals.
