As usual the service continues to be first rate. The staff is excellent from our service advisor, Lou, to the people taking your vehicle and bringing it around when it's ready. The only disappointment was in the past we received an exterior wash as part of the service.

I purchased a 2012 Audi Q5 from Paul Miller Audi, the car did not have a second key so they said they would order it and have it in a week. Almost a month later, I still don't have the key, I left severl messages with the manager George and no call back. Worst of it all was that the car needs front and back brake pads and rotors, they sold me a car with 10% pads left. I just got a quote and it would run me $1,400. It has been a awful experience and I think you should think twice before going to this dealership.
