This is my third car lease from Paul Miller. I would not get a car from any other dealer even though there is one close by me.

I was not happy with my original salesperson. He was not very friendly and very unpleasant to deal with. I felt like he did not want to sell me the car. I would have backed out of the deal if they did not take my deposit out of my bank. I did not want to deal with the salesperson and I would have rathered went to different dealer and I definitely would have considered another vehicle. I went back and dealt with other salespeople and they were just the opposite. They were pleasant and I felt more comfortable with my purchase. The receptionist could have been more welcoming. I have gone to other dealers and you are usually welcomed with friendly smiles. She was a little stiff and serious but this did not affect my rating. I just wanted to make a note of that. I gave this dealer 3 stars because I really did not want to finalize my purchase because of my experience with the staff. I changed my mind once I met the other salespeople. I would recommend this dealer because their cars are clean and well maintained. They also have good prices.
