Natasha is the best I'm so glad I talked to her about whether or not to buy the maintenance package last year. We decided it would be best and I got my service contract in the mail as a reminder and decided to bring it in for scheduled service and got a free wash too. Saved me a ton of money and I ended up putting a lot more miles on my car then expected. I don't even live near the Parsippany location anymore but I won't take my car anywhere else!

Dealt with Service Advisor Ysrael Sanchez. Called and spoke with Mr Sanchez, he gave me an estimate for a routine service on my Audi A3. Service was out of pocket which I already was aware but Mr Sanchez double checked to see if there were any care free maintenance available (none avail). He booked the appointment for a Saturday morning to wait. When I arrived at the dealership a gentlemen checked my car in and directed me to Mr Sanchez. First off Mr Sanchez greeted me with a "good-morning" and a firm handshake. He was very professional, and courteous. While adding my vehicle into the system Mr Sanchez and I were having a very friendly conversation. I told him after the service I had a lot of errands that I needed to run so would have been a extremely busy day. He kindly offered a loaner car until my vehicle was finished. AWESOME! At the end of the day my vehicle was serviced, my issue with the brakes were taken care of (no cost to me), and his wonderful technician found one of my tires was mounted backwards from another Audi Dealer. What blew me away was I did not purchase this car from Paul Miller Audi and they took exceptional care of me and my vehicle. Highly recommend dealing with Mr Sanchez and his team. When this lease is over will be looking for my next Audi. Paul Miller WILL be my first stop. Thank you Mr Sanchez + Team!

We came to the Parsippany Audi Paul Miller dealer to look for a new car. We worked with Dave Waters. He is an extremely likable guy, who comes across very honest. Although we liked the A4, we were not sure about the price. So we shopped around a bit. To be honest, we did not like the other dealers, We got a follow-up call from Dave, showing that he really cared. We were happy to go back to meet Dave the next week, and reached a deal. Dave Waters is a person who makes you feel that you are buying a car from an honest person. We are very happy with this purchase.
