John Regan- new audi

Always fantastic service!

Always a pleasure getting service from Paul Miller of Audi. They are always conscious of my out of pocket expenses and work with me in getting any service I need for my car. I give Natasha Mapp 5 stars because she went out of her way to help me with the warranty on my transmission. Obviously the outcome was favorable but even if it wasn't I am grateful that she made the effort on my behalf. Thanks Natasha and the team at Paul Miller Audi! Mike

Problem Solved and Repaired

Issues with my Audi surfaced after heavy thunderstorms. Windows wouldn't work, fuel door wouldn't open nor would trunk open. Low alarm from passenger rear sounded. Very frustrating. Brought car to Paul Miller Audi. Lou Bernadino was very courteous and professional. Called later in day to discuss findings. Picked car up two days later problem fixed. Brought spare key fob and they reprogrammed that as well as part of service fee paid. Everything is good again.

Natasha Mapp and Matt at Service Department

Thanks to Cars.com, online we found Pau Miller Audi and bought a pre-owned Audi A4 on Jan 2016 with Pam. The car was belong to my husband. While he is resting after his heart surgery, I found his rear tire was leaking air. Mechanics near my home cannot find the wheel key to release the tire. It forced me to go to the dealership for help. Natasha Mapp was in the service area receiving me. I told her the flat tire situation and also mentioned while driving felt the car was shaking and wobbly for some reason (they changed all my 4 rotors)..... To make the long story short, Natasha, Matt (he took me for a road testing) and the service people fixed the car made my worry went away within two days. Believe or not, I walk out free of charge for all the work they have done!! They took responsibilities and did whatever necessary repairs for my safety and make sure we are happy with the car.. Amazing!! I have always afraid to go to a dealership but Paul Miller's experience was totally an awesome one!!! Drove that car home was so smooth, I felt like a million bucks. Thank you, Paul Miller Audi!
