New car purchase

This is the 2nd car that I've bought through John VanOst. John is the consummate professional. He knows the product he sells, he's courteous, he has a great sense of humor, and makes the car buying process very easy. Which is why I and several of my partners buy our Audis through John.

Very easy

Always an easy experience. Friendly people and helpful. A long time Audi owner and customer of Paul Miller....always pleased. Peter is great too. Love my Audi A5 Cabriolet.

Dealership was easy to work with, sales person Peter Elia was knowledgable and accomadating , will definitely use and recommend this dealership . Very satisfied . I used this service dept on my previous car and they performed very well

Easy. Accommodating. Friendly.

Low pressure and great service at this state of the art Audi showroom. We bypassed other dealers much closer to home at the recommendation from a friend of a friend who works in the industry. It was well worth going the extra distance for this deal and experience. Win-win.

OMG just realized this is the 20th Car purchased or leased

...or leased in my lifetime for myself or immediate family. Anyways... I've been to Paul Miller Audi Service department in the past several times and they are very fair and reasonable to deal with. Lets remember its not cheap to maintain an Audi. Work was done perfectly and on time at each visit. Just got a new Audi Q7 from Leighton. Search him out it will be worth your while. Very helpful and eager to answer all questions. Plus he got me a good deal. Tiny mistake on an ordered vehicle. Really not a big deal. I think I actually like it better. Plus there was no extra cost. In life things happen. It was Leighton and the dealerships eagerness to make it right and make sure I was happy that was impressive to me. I started with the fact that this is vehicle #20 purchased or leased in past 30+ years. I have to say with no exaggeration this was really the easiest and probably most pleasant transaction ever. This is not my first Audi so I have bought from other Audi dealers. Stick with Paul Miller, it's not the way you're treated when everything goes right, it's how the dealer handles things when things don't go 100%.

New Audi Lease

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Paul Miller Audi in Parsippany. Our salesman, Peter Wendell was very knowledgeable and gave straight answers. We checked other Audi Dealers before we came to Paul Miller. The pricing here was very competitive and the paperwork was a quick process.
