I was completely satisfied and comfortable purchasing my new A3 from Anthony Freda at Paul Miller Audi. He was so professional and went over everything I needed help with.

It is alway a very pleasant and rewarding experience dealing with Paul Miller Audi/Porsche and Honda. We have purchased 2 Audi's and a Honda and leased a Porsche from Paul Miller, and are compleatly satisfied with the way their sales people dealt with us. Whenever we need the cars serviced their service personnel are pleasant, accommodating and professional. We always recommend Paul Miller to people who are looking for a new or used car because we feel confident that they will be very satisfied with the way they are treated and with the end result.

Once again my experience with the service department, as well as my service advisor, Lou was a pleasure. Having 7 vehicles , I experience several different service departments and Paul Miller Audi is by far my favorite. Both Sales & Service Staff are pleasant & knowledgeable of the Audi brand.

When shopping for a new car, I found a coupon on a website that offered a "Price Promise", for the exact car, (same color, technology package and several added on options), for almost $1500.00 less than the quoted by the dealership which I had already placed an order for. When I presented the coupon, even though it had expired a few days, they accepted it no problem. The dealership closed most days at 6pm. I had trouble getting there before 5pm, often showing up, 5:30, 5:15, but instead of trying to get me out fast, so they could leave at the end of thier shift, they stayed long after closing time, until all my questions were answered. I only have owned my car for a week, and am still trying to learn some of the features, I have called twice and each time if, the sales person I worked with was unavailable, they would connect me to the sales manager who has been really helpful. All this when I bought the car in cash, so you'd think they already have the money, they don't need to bother with me, but so far that has not been the case.

Always a pleasure to deal with the Service Dept. when my service cks are due.
