A Wonderful Experience
I have been driving an Audi for at least the last 18 years with cars leased through Paul Miller. I have always believed that I have been given all details that I needed to know before I committed to my new Audi lease. Leasing a car from Peter Wendell - my salesman at Paul Miller - has always been a most easy and pleasant experience. I look forward to having a wonderful 3 year experience with my 2016 Audi.

Hi, Peter Wendell is an absolute delight to work with. He is not only highly knowledgeable of the Audi brand and it's vehicles (Q5 is what i purchased), but he is a genuinely caring salesman. He guided me and advised me through the entire buying process. On the day I picked up the vehicle, he provided a complete walk-through of my vehicle, with patience and clarity. He even transported contents of my trade-in into my new vehicle - by no means does any car dealership need to do that - Peter did! In summation, I do not view Peter as just my car salesman, but as the 'go-to' person for any questions I may have about my Q5. I would refer my friends and family to Peter anytime! Sona S.

Amazing working Peter Windell. He increadably knowledgeable, extremely accomidating and an overall nice man. Everyone at the dealership makes the buying process seamless and stress free. I would recommend this dealership and Peter 1,000%!

Excellent Service
I brought my car in for a routine service while also noting what appeared to be a slow leak in one of my tires. Upon inspection, Lou noted that there was actually a bubble on the tire along the inside rim - which would not have been visible to me. When informed that I had tire insurance through Paul Miller, Lou's response was "Okay. I'll take care of everything." And he did. Overall service - including providing me with a loaner car - was very smooth and professional. This has been a consistent theme over my 12 year relationship with Paul Miller Audi and that - along with the great personal service provided by your sales associate, John VanOst, will keep me coming back.

Smooth & easy lease
Dean was the only salesperson who followed up with me as I researched lease options for the A3. We negotiated everything over the phone and the time in the dealership was spent going over the features of the vehicle. Michael in the finance dept was straightforward and made that aspect of the lease very easy. Dean folIowed up with me after I picked up the A3 to make me aware of his availability should I have any questions. I would definitely recommend anyone in the market for an Audi to visit Paul Miller and see Dean.

Very easy to make an appointment for service! I received an Email confirmation of the appointment and the team was ready the moment I arrived. I purchased weather matts and they installed them for me.

The staff at Paul Miller very courteous. They keep you updated on what's happening with your vehicle. Two things I must comment on: l. Telling me that a fuel tank needs replacing because of the gas used is not something I accept. The car is new and not even a year old. The gas I use is premium. 2. I find it very tacky for a high end dealership to give loaner vehicles with your name and numbers in big letters written all over the back of the vehicle. I have had loaner vehicles from other dealerships and never had that issue. Its just as I said before, tacky.
