It's nice that I can bring the vehicle in on a weekday and not have to wait. All I can say is, it would be nice if service included a complimentary carwash.

I received a very warm welcome when returning my lease. My salesman, John Cocciere at Clifton, was very pleasant and informative, as he had been when I had a lease with Crane. I was very pleased with the courteous shown to me by everyone at Schumacher. It was such a pleasure to be treated with personal care. Everyone at Schumacher really cares about their customers as well as the dealership they work for! How very fortunate for Schumacher to have such a great team at Clifton!!

The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and ready, willing and able to help to make the visit pleasant. Never had a problem with any member of the staff, both sales and service.

I have been to a few car dealerships before, but by far the service at Crane was the best. The company i work for has our work trucks serviced there, so I figured I will give them a shot. Went there on a Saturday with tons of questions. Doug greeted me at the door and took a lot of his time to show me numerous trucks and answer all my questions. Once we found the truck I wanted they contacted my insurance company and I was driving home with it in an hour. Joe was also great. Extremely satisfied.
