This was our first experience at W&L Subaru. Alex our salesman was outstanding. It was a pleasure working with him. We went to look and ended up buying. We were in our new vehicle within 2 hrs. Also Robert the paperwork guy was very efficient. Great service. Very pleased customer.

The experience I needed

W&L was the only dealership within like 250 miles that was getting the trim of legacy I actually wanted. Made the whole process quick and easy. The car even arrived earlier than expected

Great dealership

This is our fourth W&L purchase and all have been stellar. And Becky and her team are excellent representatives of the dealership. We are pleased with our new Outback.

Left us hanging due to a part that is way back order and...

Left us hanging due to a part that is way back order and wanted their loaner car back and us to take it elsewhere :(. They knew we needed the loaner car for medical reasons..And straight up left us hanging. One reason we brought from them is because they advertise loaner cars with service , if you can't service a car you sell and we have to take it elsewhere than because you don't work on them. That is not our fault , we should still be provided a loaner car , knowing we needed it for emergencies due to medical reasons. They gave us the price on our part we needed, this part showed up on a code but , they stated they could not test it and to take it elsewhere And to give their loaner car back. Leaving us empty handed. Was able to get it to another local dealer and they stated this part was on way back order and they had no idea how long it would take to get it. There was only 22 of these parts in the whole world . They knew this and did not want to sit waiting around for us to get this part. Sad ... Very sad. We also brought from you due to advertising you donate to Children Miracle Network, which is dear to our hearts. We spend a lot time back and forth to the hospital with our children We needed a reliable vehicle and we thought they understand this. Only to drive the vehicle off the lot uninspected and never looked . :( . Now we are stuck with vehicle that is a tin car on wheels. Issues since we had it, it took me a long time to leave this review but, this last service experience topped the cake.

state inspection / 30,000 mile service with a smile. Dropped off my Forrester, drove off in their current year loaner, returned at my pleasure and again was a satisfied W&L Subaru.

This is my 4th new Forester from W&L, the first a purchase, followed by 3 leases. Prior to that, I owned 7 makes of vehicles, all purchased from different dealerships, with no strong loyalty to any. W&L and Subaru both gained my loyalty from my first visit. I travel 135 miles to get there and wouldn't go anywhere else
