The folks in the service department are always very friendly and smiling and I'm sure there are times when they don't feel like smiling but they do. The guys are always happy to help an old lady like me. Part of the reason I bought my car from W&L the friendliness of the service department.

We have nothing critical to say about W&L Subaru. They have been great to deal with and there service department has been excellent. Our last three cars have been from W&L.

Easy to schedule service. Service done in a timely manner. Everyone has been very kind. Love the snacks in the waiting area. Washing car after servicing is a big plus
