I was leery of using a dealership that I was unfamiliar with to start. Having a bad experience with the previous dealership, whom I will no longer utilize. Riverhead Dodge treated me like a friend. Very customer service oriented, relaxed, no pressure, a good place to bring my truck. They called me every step of the way and completed the repairs to my satisfaction. Best of all, I did not have to return for any problems after the repairs were done. I will return for any repairs that are needed in the future. I will also most definitely look at them when I consider purchasing a new vehicle. They are that good.

Love this service department at this dealership. They are quick, efficient and always fit you in when needed. I have been to other Jeep dealerships and service department is terrible!
