Went for a re call. Pouring rain they left my window open Service writer tried to cover it up saying the intern got wet when he opened the door. The cup holder in the door was half filled with water seat and carpet wet now I’m waiting for the window and door lol switch’s to start shifting out not very happy

They didnt have the car i wanted. None of the dealerships that had the car i wanted would work with Riverhead dodge. One was even 4 hours away. That is how well known and disliked by its peers that Riverhead Dodge is. So i had to purchase the car i liked elsewhere. And now as retailiation for not buying from them they will not do warranty work on my car. Which I TRIED to buy from them. I buy a new $50k+ dodge every 3 years and they still dont care to help me out. They wont get my business ever again.

First time customer for dealer service. Gave permission to do whatever was needed. Total invoice was 240.00. ( Two hundred and forty) They gave a clean bill of health and changed oil and filters. Would definitely consider them for a future purchase.
