Excellent Dealer

Rocky and Joe were knowledgeable and helpful, without being overbearing. Both were patient and had a great sense of humor, which made for a pleasant experience. So far we are very happy with the Jeep Wrangler that we purchased, and would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Sometimes you don"t

Intergity, quality work ethic, and mutual respect support the Riverhead Dodge dealership-client relationship I have experienced since purchasing my Chrysler Town & Country from them. Having made a cross countrry tour with my vehicle I learned that all Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram dealerships are not equal. Very few match the standards and quality eastern Long Islanders" take for gtanted at Riverhead Dodge. I recommend Riverhead Dodge for quality product, the highest standard of care for your vehicle and the patience to respectfully break down the details. To underscore this, I recently broke down in an undisclosed location far from Long Island. I had to have extensive work done on my vehicle. The "undisclosed" dealership treated me as if their position was, "this woman couldn't possibly have a brain". I kept Riverhead Dodge in the loop and they were kind above and beyond - following up with the other dealership - seeing my vehicle through to restoration and explaing the process. I really appreciate that Riverhead Dodge is an outstanding dealership where Customer Service is still alive, well and setting examples I hope to emulate..

Great experience with service

Very honest and quick service. Took care of all needed recalls and updates on my vehicle. What friendly group of people working there greeting you with a good morning and offer a cup of coffee for my wait.

Riverhead Dodge Outstanding

All of my cars have been bought from Riverhead Dodge and I will only take them there to be serviced. Ray, Dave and Frank are honest, professional and will tell you exactly what you need. I only trust them with my Journey. If I have any issues, they will do their best to accommodate my schedule. They treat everyone as if they are family. I can’t say enough about Ray and his team and all the mechanics. Outstanding!!!

Do Not Go To This Place

I wanted to leave a 0 but that wasn’t an option. I took my vehicle here for 3 recalls on my vehicle. One recall was some fan under located under the hood. The second was a passenger airbag, and the third was for rear lift recall. I dropped my vehicle off at 7:45am last Tuesday and left my number to be texted and called with updates. I was told I’d be called late. I saw they didn’t close till 8 so I called around 5:30 only to find out that the service dept. closed at 5:00pm. I called the next day at 9:30am where I was basically told that they were busy at work and would call when they were done. I called again at 2:30pm and was told they were still hard at work but we’re trying their best to finish quickly. I called again at 4:00pm after not hearing anything and I told them that I couldn’t afford to be without my vehicle for 3 days and really needed to know where they were in the process. I was told they had two recalls done already and were trying to have it finished by 5pm that day. I asked if I was there by 5pm could I take my vehicle and they said yes. I arrived and was greeted by two gentleman who were so polite and commented on the trucks noise and the busyness of their company and made other small chit chat. I went and got in my vehicle with my boyfriend and started to pull out, but noticed the inside dome light was on. That usually means a door is open. My boyfriend started to frantically open and close doors because a car had pulled up behind us to pull out and it was also a busy road. I figured it must be the console dimmer so I clicked it and that turned it off. Hmm .. problem solved I guess. We drove a few minutes then I went to roll my window down ... nope . I later found out that I cannot rolldown any windows, lock the driver door, change either side mirror, and my option is to either not be able to see the speed I’m driving at night because the console is so dim, or I can turn it up and have all the inside lights come on while I’m driving at night. I contacted the dealer when I first found out about the windows and doors. At first he told me that where my door opened and closed was a wire that over time goes. And coincidentally it went. He told me that he did me a favor though and went in and did something which I can’t remember because none of this makes any sense. Since I was driving I couldn’t really verify this wire in between my closed door without opening it and since they were closing I’d have to look at it and call back in the morning. The next day when I found more issues and explained them to the woman that answered she gave me the service manager Ray. This happened to be the same man I had talk to on the phone and in the office the day before. At first he said he didn’t do anything to my driver door then he explained that he already told me that that the back window went down and wouldn’t go back up so he was trying to do me a favor. I explained to him that I had just had my inspection completed and they had the same issue but called me and I explained that the front door has to be shut to power all windows. I also said I was calling for two days and someone should have asked. I told him there was no reason to take off my front driver door on a passenger airbag recall. Now I have lost all functionality of windows, side mirrors, dome lighting, and my truck sounds like garbage. His response was I’m not doing free work so take me to court and sue me. Then he hung up??????? I am now going to have to pay I have know idea how much money to repair my truck back to a safe condition just for taking it to this dealership for recalls.

Amazing customer service!

I brought my Ram in for service. Upon arriving i was met with smiling faces, coffee, a warm pastry, and to my surprise, I had a loaner car waiting for me. I usually do not leave reviews, but quite frankly, I was so impressed with the level of service that I received that I felt compelled to write this. When I returned, not only was my service completed, they also washed my truck. The service adviser Frank took the time to explain everything that was completed, and the service manager, I believe his name is Ray came out to thank us for our business and make sure the staff had assisted us to our satisfaction! The service here is above and beyond. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They have a customer for life and I will recommend all my friends and family!
