I didn't visit the dealer directly, everything was done over the phone, text and email. I worked with Drew McCracken on getting a vehicle that wasn't available locally and he was a pleasure to deal with. Plenty of communication, over all the methods I mentioned and follow ups. Overall this was the best vehicle purchase experience I've ever had.

Never take your vehicle to this service department. I paid top dollar for all new brakes and rotors that squeak since the day I brought the car home. Recently, I returned to inquire about the sqeaking and mountain of brake dust on my rims and they charged me again to tell me that it's my imagination. I had to pay for $150.00 for a rental vehicle for just one day of an attempt of additionally scammed out of new coil springs for $1200.00 for which there is no proof that this is needed. I will never return to this horrid dealership. And I will tell everyone I know!

I went to another Ford dealer and after 20 minutes of in the car adjusting seats playing with all the gadgets nobody came by to see us. We were the ONLY couple in the showroom so we walked out. The staff was more interested in tv and talking to each other. Went down the road to Russ Milne and was greeted at the front door and brought to a salesman named Jim Lutsey and bought a car within 1hr. I love the way I was treated so I.m now on my 3rd vehicle in 2 years. If you treat people right like Russ and his sales force does the sales of trucks and car will follow.

Dealership was very clean and the people working there were very nice. I felt real comfortable. my sales women Linda Flynn was GREAT and answered all my questions and took care of my last few lease payments. I was 110% satisfied and comfortable buying my new Ford Mustang!! Linda was GREAT!

Simplest and most enjoyable car purchase ever!
I just purchased a used SUV from a Russ Milne Ford. Matt Swartz was my sales person. Matt is professional, personable, knowledgable, and very helpful. We spoke/texted a couple of times and exchanged some emails prior to my arrival. His text messages and email responses were very prompt and never did I feel pressured. Matt had my approval and paperwork done before I arrived. He spent as much time as I needed looking over documents. My time at the dealership was about an hour. Even though it was near closing time when I had keys in hand, Matt then offered to spend more time getting me familiar with the new truck. This was by far the most enjoyable and simplest vehicle purchase I have had in my 40 years of driving. This dealership is over an hour away from my home, and I would gladly drive that far again to work with Matt in the future. I get the impression that this is just the way the dealership operates. Well done!
