After 1 year of buying a certified pre-owned legacy, my car has been back in the shop for repairs 4 times. Now just after 1 year and them claiming they replaced all 4 tire sensors, another one has gone bad. With all these issues and having problems with people at the dealership calling me back, I will never buy a car from them again and never recommend anyone to buy there as well

During the conversation, we found out that you were more dissatisfied with your sales experience than with any of the service we have provided you with, including the replacement of all 4 tpms sensors at no cost to you and this was on your Pre-owned Certified Subaru that you purchased well over a year or more from our Sales Team.
