I have used this dealership for my past 3 Subaru vehicles and I can tell you that those the best people to work with when shopping for a car. They treat everyone with respect and dignity and all the staff work together to find you the vehicle that works best for you. They will try their hardest to make sure that your vehicle has everything you want included in it, if they don’t have it then they will search for it. I have worked with Eric that is in charge of the “trade up” program that Ertle has and he has been so helpful even after the deal is completed, he makes sure that you are satisfied with the service you are receiving and if there are any issues, large or small he makes sure they are taken care of. One of the most convenient aspects for me is the availability of a loaner vehicle when my vehicle is being serviced, they will always offer me the option to take a loaner car rather than wait for my vehicle. If the service doesn’t take too long I wait there in the area where snacks and drinks are available for customers. The staff treat each other and their clients as family/friends so you never feel uncomfortable when you are there. I have utilized staff member Joanne, many times in person or via phone as she assists me with the technology in navigation and CarPlay. Every phone update usually requires myself to get an update from Joann, she has been my hero! Stop in and see what a great dealership looks like!!!
