Ashley, Justin, Jonathan, and Joanne were all very polite, professional, courteous, and prompt. Each and every question was answered satisfactorily. New-car pricing and the dealer discount are among the best I have seen; absolutely no upselling of accessories or dealer protection/service packages made the car-buying experience memorable. They even made a courtesy call 3 days after the sale. Couldn't have been better. All in all, very satisfied and highly recommend Ertle Subaru.
