Charles was such a great help at getting me approved for financing a Maserati Ghibli. He went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate such personable service. This was my first time working with this dealership and everything was amazing!

I saw a car that I was interested in and I called to make sure it was available. When I called I asked about the details about the car and price and they gave me the price plus the destination fee and tax. I specifically asked about any hidden fees or charges that would alter the price of the car, they said no. I drove 3 hours to see the car and once I got there I waited over an hour waiting for someone to help me. Finally someone helped me and started to talk to us about what we were interested in we said that we spoke on the phone with Cindy and we have an appointment to see the car they said ok. Then she took her sweet time and comes back and tells us the car is not available so when we were upset and about to walk she came back and said it was still available. Then she asked if we wanted to test drive it we said yes then they took about 30 minutes to bring the car out even though it was in the front of the parking lot. Once we test drove it we asked for a better price for the car then what was listed she said let me talk to the manager and after 30 minutes she comes back with HIDDEN CHARGES that were added on to the original price which was $5K MORE. They never disclosed this charge even though I specifically asked for the hidden fees and or charges and they said no. They didn’t honor what they claimed over the phone.I wasted my whole day coming here and whoever wants to buy from them I suggest you stay away, they are an UNTRUSTWORTHY DEALERSHIP!!!!
