Enjoyable Transaction

This is the second used Ford product I have purchased through the Reineke Family dealerships. During this latest purchase I dealt mostly with Kasey Spence. Working with Kasey, I was able to travel from Dayton to complete the transaction and have some minor service issues addressed on the same day. I worked with both the Lima and Findlay Ford/Lincoln dealerships and was extremely impressed with both facilities. They both are extremely clean and modern facilities and have large comfortable customer waiting rooms that include complimentary coffee, cookies, popcorn, tv, and wifi. Although, Kasey was working with several other customers at the same time he went out of his way to juggle taking care of all of us. He kept us informed on the status of the sales transaction and how the service was progressing out in the shop. Upon completion of our transaction, the car we purchased was presented completely detailed to a very high level with a full tank of gas. The car looked absolutely like a brand new model. There are a couple issues to be resolved and Kasey has assured me he will follow up on these. Based on this experience, I have every confidence that he will do so. I highly recommend dealing with either of these dealerships if you are in the market for a Ford or Lincoln. I know I will be purchasing my next used car through them.

Excellent buying process

Bought a new Ford Edge. Kasey Spence was our salesperson and was excellent from first contact through vehicle delivery to us. His no pressure sales mannerisms were a welcome change in the car buying process and went overboard making sure every question and detail was handled. While i was waiting on paperwork at one point, the service manager notice me standing there and took me to the service area to familiarize me with the process of bringing in the car for service. In summary, very professional group and no games.

The best car buying experience ever!

This dealerships best asset is salesman Kasey Spence. I met Kasey on the sales lot when in a time crunch to get into a new car. He listened to what I want, and didn't want, in my next car. He respected my opinion, needs and wants. He quickly gained my trust. First impressions are everything and Kasey is always dressed professionally and an awesome representation of his role at the dealership, but he is very down to earth and quickly becomes your friend. Kasey is very attentive and noticed I kept looking over my shoulder at one vehicle. He let me test drive it alone and for over an hour. You won't find that with other dealers. This is the vehicle I purchased. The sale was easy and the deal got better and better as the sales process progressed. Kasey tells you that he wants to work for you and he keeps his word. When having any questions or service needs, call him and he is there for you. Soon after, I needed another vehicle. My first phone call and text were to Kasey. He found another car for me that he knew I would love based on my first purchase. He kept it for me for a couple days until I could get there to see it. Kasey remembered what my wants and needs were from my first purchase. He hit it out of the ballpark with the second one knowing what I would love. The second sales experience went even better because Kasey pulled my first purchase paperwork and based on details of that, he was able to make a deal I could not refuse. I used to dread buying cars; but no more. This young man changed all that and I will always return to him. He gains your trust quickly and easily, he takes care of you as his personal customer and friend. You cannot go wrong with Kasey.

New Lincoln

Kerry and Jim went out of their way to help me out and minimize my cost of ownership. but for running into Kerry on my way to buy out my lease, I would have paid way to much and would not now be driving a new Lincoln!

The best car buying experience ever!

The dealerships best asset is in salesman Kasey Spence. I met Kasey on the sales lot while looking for a new vehicle. His attentiveness was amazing. He listened to what I wanted, and didn't want, in a new vehicle. He listened to and respected my wants, needs and opinions. While looking, he mentioned that I kept looking back over my shoulder at one car in particular. He let me test drive it alone and keep it for over an hour. This is unheard of at most dealerships. This was the car I ended up purchasing. He made the sales deal better and better as the sales process progressed. Kasey also keeps his word. He will tell you that he wants to keep working for you, and he does. He will go out of his way so you will leave satisfied. You quickly become his friend above and beyond being his customer. Soon after I needed another vehicle so my first text and phone call was to Kasey. He very quickly found another vehicle that he just knew i would love, remembering our first encounter. He went out on a limb and kept the car for me for several days until I could get there to see it. Kasey hit it out of the park with the second vehicle remembering what I liked and wanted in a car. This sale went even better than the first. Kasey pulled the papers from the first sale and this attention to detail made my second one even better. Go here and ask for Kasey. You cannot go wrong. First impressions are everything. Kasey dresses professionally and is the most honest, down to earth salesman I have ever met. I highly recommend this young man.

Friendly service.

I came for a quick oil change on my escape. The staff was greeting us right away and even opened the door for us. I felt welcomed and appreciated. We even had the opportunity to test drive a F150 truck to see if we could be interested in it later when our lease runs out. Thank you for the hospitality and friendliness.
