Unfortunately I was shocked by the bill for repairs. The estimate was less than half the total bill. Just very dissatisfied with the communication from the service writer. The bill was reduced but I really wanted them to just understand why I was so disappointed. Repair was satisfactory.

Awful experience. Test drove a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Laredo listed at 7982. After driving it I noticed a slight jump when shift out of 2nd into 3rd gear. After i returned to dealership I did a visual inspection of the vehicle. Noticed it needed new brake calipers as I could tell they was probably still original calipers putting them at 11yrs old. I left the dealership and shot an offer of 7000 cash in hand otd. I got a response of we can't go that low but we have a 2011 jeep patriot that might be in your price range. Mind you the listing was 7982 putting us at roughly 8600 otd. No trying to negotiations instead they tried to push an older vehicle on me with higher milage for 7000. Never again will I pull into their dealership anywhere.

Patti in the service department is the best!! Very professional, personal and kept me up to date with everything on what was going on with my truck. Reineke took good care of me and making sure I had a loaner vehicle at my level since I am used to driving a truck! I couldn't have asked for better customer service as they all have your undivided attention!

Great customer service and good inventory on hand. We had several vehicles to choose from. Brian was very helpful in finding us what we wanted and then explaining all the bells and whistles. He made sure we knew he is available to answer additional questions about our high-tech vehicle going forward. We did not have a trade-in and we did not finance so we don’t have a rating for those two items, but we feel confident we would give high marks if we had needed this from this dealership.

Saturday February 8 2025. I pick up my new F-150. From Reineke Ford . My salesman was Chris Bauer , I have used Chris for several years and Chris is a great person with alot of knowledge. Did a great job . Thanks for all of the personal at Reineke Ford.

Great service. Got my replacement key and fob and new assigned door code works now. Will get work done here again if needed.
