Dedication to help me navigate through such a rough day.Helping me feel like she was actually there to help me relieve some of the stress and making sure that my car got looked at in a very timely manner evaluated and diagnosed specially being that I live 5 1/2 hours north of the dealership when my car broke down. I really appreciate her taking the extra time. As a dealership,Champion Hargreaves I commend their service department mechanics they were able to evaluate and diagnose my car. The next day called me ordered the parts and my car fixed the day after that I’m very appreciative that they were able to expedite fixing my car so quickly get me back on my way home thank you Also, I’d like to thank Eric Bowles we have been dealing with him for about 20 years now he is always so helpful pleasure to be speaking with and he always makes us feel like we’re important and if there’s an issue, he goes over and beyond to help us figure out how to rectify anything.
