Enjoyable experience

This was my first experience with M-B of Omaha. I was looking for a specific certified pre-owned vehicle. They had exactly what I was looking for at the lowest price within 250 miles. Outstanding promotional offers for warranty, extended warranty, and regularly scheduled maintenance, coupled with competitive financing offers made the decision relatively easy. Customer service during the entire process was excellent.

Really!

The entire experience at MBoA has been impressive. Zach has been a pleasure to work with. I was not planning on buying a car that day, in fact I'd just started looking. But after driving 3 of their E350's (different years), I knew that was the style I wanted. Zach was gracious in pointing out the differences between the cars, and I appreciated being able to acknowledge those differences to help me determine what was important to me and what wasn't. He let me take the car I was most interested in home for the weekend as I was bit concerned about how much space it would take up in our garage. Needless to say, I went back on Monday and bought this beautiful E350 4Matic 2015. So far, so good. I would definitely recommend this dealership, as they were professional, friendly, and willing to spend time with my husband and me.

A great experience.

Our sales Representative, Dwan Jones was wonderful. She made our experience very comfortable and reassuring. Other managers also offered comments to assure we were getting the best service offered. We were confident that we were given all pertinent information towards making a purchase with this company.

Finance

While I generally have a strong dislike for dealing with auto dealerships, Mercedes Benz of Omaha was the strong exception. The deal was finalized over the internet. When it came time to sign the purchase agreement, all documents were prepared ahead of time and it took minimal time to execute the contract and take delivery of the vehicle. No hard upselling tactics. Sales staff was very professional. Darin spent close to an hour explaining in great detail all the functionality of the vehicle. Great experience overall. I am a repeat buyer.

I've purchased over 30 cars from over 25 dealers...the best

Internet purchase...exceeded expectations. Great people. They do what they say and say what they do. This was an internet purchase, and it was perfect. I would buy all my cars from them in the future...if they continue with great pricing and great service. My first place to go...why waste time and money with people who really don't put the customer first. From the owner, to the manager, to the sales teams, and the administrative support...give them all an A+.

Great job!!

Service is amazing. We have purchased 7 vehicles from Mrecedes benze of Omaha over the years.There are many reasons we consistently go back to Mercedes benz of Omaha.....and would only consider. Staff are always friendly and eager to help. Patrick Poledna, Eric, and Drew made the entire experience painless and efficient. Best buying experience as always..and we could not be happier..great customer service!

Sales re new car

Great experience with Ms Dwan Jones and would highly recommend working with her. Made the purchase easy and seamless, and took the time to make sure we got what we wanted.Went out of her way to get things done which was nice. Darin is always great to deal with and he too has made it a point to make sure we are happy with the car and understand the nuances of the new cars. Pat Poledna is why I choose to shop at this dealership. Just deal with him and you will be happy. Tony in finance was very helpful too.

Ben is a good guy to work with and got me the deal

Ben took me for a test drive, explained the car and answered all my questions. When it came time to make the deal he went to bat and made it happen.

Seamless Buying Process

Wanted to buy a car for my wife for Christmas and Ashley was able to help make that wish come true with ease. We drove in from out of town and left with my wife's dream car. Got my little red Mercedes

Have purchased from Mercedes of Omaha twice now. Came back bc they've treated me so well in the past, but even MORE impressed w my most recent purchase. They had a number of cars on the lot that would work for what I'd wanted, but when I casually mentioned that I wished they'd had a red model the guys immediately insisted they'd find the precise model/color/details of car I wanted. And they did. A week later and I'm driving the exact car I wanted, down to the perfect accessories and packages. Not many dealerships would forego an immediate sale to bring in a car they think would make their customer even happier. Can't say enough. Thank you Eric, Drew, and Pat!!
