Last summer I was on Vacation in Maryland and experienced a problem with the Air Conditioning in My Acadia. After two trips to the GMC dealer in Maryland, we were told the A/C was working fine. The 90 degree weather proved otherwise!! When we retruned home, Mike Brian and his team at BG Lincoln Auto Sales diagnosed and fixed the problem in one visit! It is good to know the experts are right here in BG!! Kudos to BG Lincoln Auto.

A++ Grade for BG Lincoln Auto Sales Service Shop
I hightly recommend Mike Brian and his team in the service department at Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Sales. I have had my GMC Acadia serviced there for over a year now and I am always able to get the vehicle in within a day, the service is fast, the issues with my vehicle are explained clearly and options provided. They even provide me with a shuttle service to work if a repair is going to take some time. My Air Conditioning stopped functhioning when I was on vacation last summer and the GMC dealership in Maryland could not figure out the problem after two visits. They tried to tell me the system worked properly. 90 degree weather proved otherwise!! When we returned home, The BG Lincoln Auto Sales service team found the problem and had it fixed in one visit! It is good to know that the experts are right here in Bowling Green!! Kudos to BG Lincoln Auto Sales.

Service Department that Rocks
Recently, I had to purchase new tires for my Honda Civic and had called around for pricing. When I called Bowling Green Lincoln Auto Sales and talked to Mike B he was very nice and informative. He told me that if I had made my purchase by Wednesdays of that week that there was a $100 mail in rebate on tires! After researching other car service places Bowling Green Auto Sales prices and service were the best I had found. Thank you!

sarcastic answers and empty promises
I was shopping long distance with this dealer. I thought I found the right car for me and had someone local test drive it for me. Where the problems occurred were in the purchase negotiations. We were stuck and when I asked about other lower priced models of the same car similar miles I was told to buy those. My questions went unanswered. I was told they would call me back the next day with a yes or no if the final offer was accepted and that call never came. Not even a call to explain the missed call the day after. They only responded after I sent an email about it. I do not think they are easy or pleasant or worth the trouble to shop for a car long distance. Maybe they can learn from this for the next customer.

Excellent service
The salesman stayed late on a Saturday evening to complete the sale. There were a few things that needed to be fixed before the car should have been put on the lot. They repaired some of the things, but it still cost me $1200 to get it exactly road ready. Still, for a 2000 Ford pick-up truck, I plan on driving it for a very long time. Overall, a good experience. And, whatever you do, try not to buy from a private seller. Almost got scamed 2 different times. There are a lot of crooks out there.

Great Service Experience
I took my vehicle in for service and was so thankful that they inspected found a tire that was damaged that I didn't know about. They went out of their way to find a tire to get me back on the road safely the same day. Thanks guys for the attention to detail keep up the good work.
