Initial oil change and tire rotation appointment went well from the service scheduling to the car intake and finally to the dealership exit. Dealership just completed a major upgrade/renovation of the facility. All public areas are well maintained. Coffee, water and snacks are available. Dealership is located adjacent to newly renovated North Olmsted park. I took advantage of the sunny weather to walk the park paths while the service was being completed. Car was washed. Windshield fluid was topped off which is rarely done these days. Work was completed in about an hour.

They lied about leasing a K4 for $119 a month. It actually is more after all the paperwork is signed. And I purchased online, but they failed to inform me of the outer damage on the vehicle. Do not buy online from Halleen!

Did the K4 for $119 a month. That was a complete lie. Dont fall for that advertising. That is such a scam. After all the hidden fees it is well over $200.

Went in for my first oil change service on my new Sorento. The service department is the best I've encountered at ANY dealership. As soon as I pulled in, I was greeted by someone who opened my door and placed protective paper on my floor and showed me towards the reception desk. The person checking me in was so friendly and helpful and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. They called me when the service was done and personally escorted me to my car. Above and beyond my expectations for a service department. I am impressed!

First sale person did not want to help us cause we did not want to buy a new car So another sales person help us and his names is Arnoldo Rivera he went up and above his job to make us feel comfortable and help us and we bought 2020 Kia shortage The day we pick it up he show me how to hook my phone and went over different thing and me car how to set up and different Very friend and care and know his job we will be back to ask for him again when we ready to buy another car He is a good sales person and know his job and make sure everything is good and not have problems answering question
