I came to this dealership because of a positive experience with salesman Brian Stang during my last purchase. My process was quick and low stress just as I expected. Matt in the back office got me through the paperwork very efficiently as well. Great job guys, I will be back in a few years.

So the first weekend in October I went shopping for a new car, but because life is busy I got distracted and never made it back to Halleen Kia dealership until late November. My salesman Michael Seale , not only remembered me, but pulled up the car that I test drove back in October! He was very patient with me, and remembered all the details of the car I wanted to buy . They all took great care of me, And the hospitality of waters and coffee just kept coming. Jay Vicario the finance manager walked us through each and every step of signing all our documents. He made the process fun, with his quick humor and extensive knowledge of the Kia brand. Did I mention The manager Don Bazo..... calm cool and collective kind of guy. He knows how to run a dealership, that’s probably why they are number ONE in all of Ohio.

Michael Seale was my salesman, he was very courteous and helpful. His desire to help my wife and I was very much appreciated. Jay Vicario was super helpful in helping us the best financing possible that was appreciated as to the effort he put forth to do so!

I didn't plan on leasing a new car the day I went into Halleen Kia...I simply planned on talking to Michael about what my options were. He was wonderful at explaining what I could do with an early termination on my lease. We weighed up all my options, He showed me just how easy it would be to turn in my old car, and drive away in a 2020 Sportage. He took the time to explain many of the new features on the car. I am really happy with this one. I'll definitely encourage my husband to turn in his lease at Halleen when his is up and he wants a new car

He listened to what my family would need in a vehicle and helped us make the best decision for us! This was my first car buying experience and he made it as easy and painless as possible.
