Jim is so helpful...I called Jim told him what I needed and he made it happen. Any time in the past i have called him he answers the phone. He is helpful and polite. I have bought 2 cars from him and will keep coming back to him.

This was a great experience since JIm McConville provided me with an understanding of the lease renewal process. We were able to work together to quickly and efficiently complete all of the required steps. While JIm took care of the down-payment and other items, I was able to provide the insurance company with the lease transfer info. In addition,, Jim always treats me with respect and answers all of my questions. Furthermore, Jim introduced me to Jay Vicaro who explained the importance of the maintenance program. I have been working with JIm over the last 10 years on leases and each time the process improves and Jim makes it easier.

Brad was very helpful to us to get the vehicle we wanted. He made sure we were able to get the best deal possible. There was no pressure to get any extras during financing. The customer service and parts departments are also very courteous and helpful, answering questions about the vehicle and experience with accessories. The experience buying a vehicle from them was very enjoyable, making us feel good about the purchase.

Jimmy skeens was rude from start to finish! Not familiar with the parts or service times. This is the second visit for a recall, didn’t have the part in stock for the first recall appointment had to take off another day of work.I won’t be recommending anyone to Halleen!

We met with Gary in the evening on October 29th to test drive a used vehicle for my daughter. He was very friendly, professional and understanding when we decided to wait on the purchase as it was getting close to closing time. I sent him a text the next morning confirming we wanted the vehicle and he worked with our schedule the next evening (another late appointment). Jay made sure he got us the very best deal (better than the approval the day before). Jay and Gary both stayed well after closing time to get our purchase finalized without hesitation or complaint. Gary stayed even later to show my daughter all the aspects of her new car. Both went over and above for our business and it was greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!

Very friendly and professional. I wasnt forced fed cars that I didnt like. My dealer was awesome and made everything simple and easy.I had very fast service,other dealers take forever,this one was fast and efficient.
