Took our car in for an oil change and was completed within the 45 minutes that they said it would be done. So far we haven't had any complaints on the workmanship there.

I have provided the rating above for not only the excellence service, but also the inventory of the vehicle with such a high demand for the Tellu Ride. Unfortunately we had an accident and the vehicle we had, Kia Sorento, was totaled, which prompted us to go in search of purchasing a new vehicl. My husband and I knew exactly what kind of vehicle we wanted and whom we wanted to purchase it from. We headed straight to Halleen Kia after setting up a meeting with Arnaldo Rivera, his exceptional Customer Service Skills, which exuded his honesty and understanding of our needs, made it possible for us to buy a replacement vehicle. Halleen Kia made the financing a smooth process. Arnaldo Rivera presented us with the vehicle of my husband's dream, and although it was not located at their dealership, he assured us we would have it within 7 days. He was able to satisfy our need of a loaner vehicle during the wait of the arrival of the new Tellu Ride. We were more than happy when we heard the Tellu Ride arrived sooner than expected. Halleen Kia has exceeded our expectations when it came to leasing our first car. My husband and I live in VA (I am from Ohio) and really wanted a specific telluride that the dealers around us seemed less then interested in special ordering. When we first reached out to Halleen we definitely expected them to say they could not help us. Instead Jim responded with such an amazing attitude, and from day one of the process was so amazing and helpful. With this being our first lease we had what felt like a million questions, but Jim was always more then happy to help us understand and let us know all of our options. We never felt like we were being pressured into buying something we did not want. Once it came time to finalize all the paperwork we had the pleasure of working with Steve who was also amazing with the additional finance related questions we had. They both made our out of state purchase so seamless and easy and we are so grateful we had these 2 gentlemen helping us along the way! Good experience other than they wanted $120 to install 4 mud guards. Installed them myself in 27 minutes. That is a huge rip off. Other than that happy with the service I received.
