Our purchase was quick and easy! With 3 small children we didn’t have a lot of time to spend at the dealership. Josh made sure all the papers were ready for me to sign when I walked in the door. He even helped me on his day off!

Salesman was knowledgeable and easy to work with. I knew what i wanted and saw they had several possibilities in their online inventory. I would have like more money for my trade but in the end I got the car I wanted at a fair market price.

I first heard of Halleen Kia over the radio. The ad said that they would take over a lease if you needed out. I was stuck in a lease with Honda and was already at my miles for the year only 9 months into my 3 year lease. I figured at this rate I'm gonna get slammed with thousands of dollars in mileage fees or I'll just have to park the car. Not to mention, I have two lab/Dobie mixes who sooner or later will do something to tack on damage fees. Michael Mills was my sales consultant. After learning of my two dogs, and wanting to have this car for awhile, he suggested a Kia Soul. Now I was thinking exactly what half of you are probably thinking. I'm not gonna be driving no hamster car. But hear me out!!! The 2020 Kia Souls are pretty sweet. I've obviously never been inside of/test drove an older model, but the 2020s are pretty sporty looking, and appealing. And honestly now seeing the older kia souls, they're growing on me. He had me check out the one in the showroom, then had me test drive a 2020 Kia Soul Sport. That little bugger has some pickup! It reminded me of driving my friend's jeep, but I could actually win a race. Being younger and this being my first car purchasing experience, I wanted to make sure that I was really making the right decision. I stopped the process and took a week to think about it and reevaluate my finances. When I came back, we picked up where we left off, and I decided that if I'm going for it, of course I'm gonna go for the GT model. So Michael let me choose the car I wanted and I test drove it while he was getting numbers ready. The negotiation process was a breeze and I was able to stay around the same payment as my lease, except I'm allowed to drive this car wherever I want without worry. I'm so glad Michael was my sales consultant and definitely had an amazing experience at Halleen Kia. Everyone there was happy to be there and asked if I needed assistance with anything. Definitely top notch customer service! Thanks guys!

This was the best experience I've had purchasing a car! Gary was so helpful with everything and answered all of my questions! He made sure the whole process was fast and easy for me and explained everything as we went along.
