Buying a car has not always been a good experience . However after meeting Josh and going through the various steps leading up to my decision to buy a new car, I would say that this was a better than good experience. Josh listened to what I was looking for and showed me that car. He made me feel like I was valued as a customer and was there to make it happen. I am a repeat customer and would highly recommend Halleen to family and friends and would tell them to ask for Josh.

I was worried that my credit was going to hold me back, even though I have a good job and make good money. Our sales rep. worked hard for us, and was very professional, not pushy. It was by far my best car buying experience.

On our car buying journey we experienced services lower than we set out for. But once we entered Halleen Kia we were treated with respect, friendliness, niceness, and hospitality. We drove off the lot of with a brand new 2020. Again thanks Arnaldo and Matt.

Long story short, the car that I replaced was the car that got me through clinicals with school and back and forth to work everyday. The poor thing was clinging to life, ask Mike. As I was leaving church one Sunday, he saw me get into my poor little car and came over, simply handed me his business card and wanted to help me and my future. I felt no pressure at all. But it stuck with me, I always felt my options were limited or this wasn’t the right time bc my circumstances weren’t all the way lined up. Needless to say I sulked in it for the next few days and found myself there within a few days to see what we could do. Mike and his team were fantastic and beyond friendly. He stuck by me for HOURS because I was afraid to take that plunge when he said the words “you’re approved.” I finally made my decision and we shook hands. I never felt rushed to make a decision or that I was an inconvenience for being there so long. I probably owe him a home cooked meal at this point lol but we sealed the deal and now I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Mike and everyone at Halleen Kia, y’all da bomb dot com!

I went in to purchase a vehicle (having never done so before) so I wasn't sure what I was doing 100%, but the staff who I worked with were all extremely personable, friendly, and helpful. Molly, Don, and Matt all made me feel comfortable, walked through all the steps I'd need to know, and I walked out with a car I was genuinely excited about. 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase and the service I received and will ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone I know go to this location for any Kia purchases they want to make.

Our salesman, Gary Grabel, was wonderful. He was very informative, attentive to our needs, and extremely helpful. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Kia. We were not as impressed with the finance guy. Sadly, he spoke too fast for us to understand what we were purchasing when it came to the added policies. We returned the next day to turn in a 2nd key to our trade in, and Gary was very helpful in getting us the explanation of the policies we purchased. We are very pleased with Gary, and if we decide to trade our car in in the future, we will definitely seek him out.

I have an appt with Kia and I am not expecting to get the vehicle we are looking for. Like husband said it will be a miracle and it will be impossible. But Jim he made it possible for us. He is straight to the point and he really made it easy for us. He helped us above and beyond and when you met him he is really a down to earth person and will helped you all the way he can.
