I called Jim and told what I was looking for. He took all my information and gave me the numbers. There was no pressure and the process was simple. Buying a car is a huge decision but Jim and Jay made it an overall good and easy experience.

Salesman was quick to greet me and found out what I needed. He provided me with water several times during my visit. He listened to what I wanted and brought several cars for me to try as well as trying to give me a price that made me happy and found a loan rate and payments that I needed. It was a lengthy visit but I was happy in the end.

Excellent customer service! Josh was great in finding the best deal for my family. Jay was wonderful making sure we understood everything with the finances.

Our sales person, Brian was extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that my new car was exactly what I wanted. He also went over all the details and features of the vehicle. We also did not have to spend hours and hours to complete our sale in the dealership. Very fair pricing and a extremely friendly staff.

Halleen was low pressure and no haggle which my husband and I appreciated. Martial was very friendly and easy to work with via text message. Excellent dealership. I initially talked to Phyllis, and she was lovely and understanding. At the dealership, I immediately met with Josh and he was very patient as I looked over the car. He answered all the questions I had at all phases of the transaction. He gave me his personal number so I could keep him posted with changes to my schedule and what was coming up. He made the steps I had to take very clear, and advocated for me to others. Oleg was also very informative and understanding when it came to actually handling money and signing paperwork. On the other hand, I have no good words about Jay from financing- he was pushy, questioned my decisions, and made me explain those decisions even though I never asked for his input. Overall though, an excellent experience that I will remember forever. I look forward to recommending this dealership to others.

Went in for an oil change. Pulled in and was greeted by a young man who directed me in and opened my door and directed me where to go. The service gentleman took down my information. I presented my coupon and was not pressured to get other services performed.

First time buying a Kia and working with the staff at Halleen Kia, but I have to say that Charles, Jay and Tracy were a joy to work with and that they made this experience easy, accurate and top notch. I would shop here again as well as tell my friends and family to do the same. Keep up the great work.
