Needed to purchase a reliable car at a fair price. Found the car we wanted on line and Brad made the experience as easy and Efficient as possible.

Prior to going into the dealership I called & spoke with Lori LIght & asked if it was possible for her to ask a salesman for a ballpark idea of cost on the car & package I wanted so I wouldn't waste my time or theirs if the price was not feasible for me. She did what no other dealership would, she actually asked her manager for his best quote & he actually provided it!! That was the first amazing thing about Halleen. Then I went into the dealership hoping I would find it wasn't just a crazy quote just to get me in the door, I had visited 2 other dealerships that seem to work that way, bait & switch! Halleen was by far the best one to work with!! Their employees are wonderful, they actually seem to like their jobs, like people & are honest!! My sales associate was Natalyya Renaudin & she is fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone! She is charming, cheerful, gracious & a genuinely nice person, plus she knows her cars! She worked diligently to get me the best deal possible on the package that I wanted. Don Bazzo was also instrumental in getting me the price I was looking to pay. It was also a pleasure working with Matt Rogalski, he handled the financial part of my visit. What a nice guy! He has a great personality, he's good-natured, very pleasant & makes the financial end as easy as possible!! I can't say I've ever dealt with another dealership that I felt so confident about! From start to finish, this was by far the easiest time I’ve had purchasing a vehicle. Process was seamless and Michael did a great job being around when needed and giving space to make a decision. I did not feel any pressure at any point during the process. Walked out with exactly the car I wanted.

I was very unhappy with the work. A bolt was left loose. After they found out, they sent the same person out to my home to fix it ALONE, to fix it. So he worked on it alone and left without even a test drive. I will never go back.
