Michael Seale and Jay Vicario helped me out immensely with purchasing a new vehicle for my sons and I. I drove off the lot feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. I was in a bad situation and underwater with the truck I brought in and I needed to downsize my vehicle as well as my payment, but still be able to fit my boys and I comfortably and safely in a new sedan. Luckily, these two men were able to work their magic and did just that. The experience wasn't dreadful as you usually expect with purchasing a car. Halleen Kia was very busy since it was a Saturday, but Michael and Jay were efficient and kept the process rolling in a timely fashion with all the paperwork that needs to be signed. I would highly recommend Halleen Kia to my friends and family in the future.

The experience of purchasing a vehicle was refreshing because I didn't have a salesman on me as I walked the lot to decide on a trim level/color of the models available, allowing me to collect my thoughts and make choices without the duress usually experienced at auto dealerships. My salesman, Mr. Charles Scott was a low key, low pressure representative and in addition, the same applies to Mr. Matt Rogalski who arranged the financing. I was dreading the process, actually. However, the process was a pleasant experience. I recommend this dealership without pause.

My overall experience was good. Griffin did a good job in providing initial information. Natalya was helpful in finding the right vehicle for me. Provided me with options. Justin answered all my questions on the pricing. Matt was did a good job as well in processing the final paperwork. One other gentleman helped with contacting my bank and setting up the financing. I did not feel pressured or pushed to buy a vehicle. I would recommend to friends to check you dealership if they are interested in a Kia. Thanks

Halleen Kia was a comfortable car buying experience. Arnaldo Rivera was the reason i bought a car. He was no pressure, respectful yet warm and made me feel at ease. I hightly recommend this North Olmsted dealership , even the loan manager, Matt Rogalski was friendly, no pressure and made the process simple. I have walked out of other places because they tried to be so pushy.

Technician completed a proper analysis of the problem, then made helpful recommendations to resolve them. The technician provided an accurate estimate of the costs, as well as the time it would take to complete the service. Everything was completed to my satisfaction.

We have always been treated very nicely by everyone at the dealership. There has never been any high pressure put on us by any of the personnel. And most of all are salesman Martial Lester has made buying the car very easy and has gone over all the features very good, on every car we have purchased.
