We had the pleasure of working with two sales persons - Their professionalism was off the charts, and they made our purchasing experience an ease. All of our concerns and questions were dealt with in a timely manner. We purchased vehicles at this location in the past, and have always had the best of service .

Molly Baron was highly professional and yet I knew my concerns and needs were her priority. She showed me my dream car twice reviewing the features both times and answered all of my questions. She put me in the car of my dreams. I love my Kia Soul which she believed was the right car for me due to the fact that a medical condition makes it difficult for me to get in and out of a vehicle. I could not have been more content with her caring and no pressure approach.

After pricing out the wildly popular Telluride with many other Kia dealers the staff at Halleen won us over. Their friendly sales staff and fair, easy quoting process was exactly what my family was looking for. It was refreshing to not get the typical run around and "computer mistakes" during the quoting process. Ultimately we chose Halleen over a Kia dealer that we previously purchased two Sorento's from. The staff was even more impressive with how they handled adversity. An actual data entry error plus changes in the leasing programs led to an increased monthly payment from what was quoted when I placed the order for my Telluride. The staff, led by Don Bazzo, did everything in their power to offset the impact of those changes to my quoted payment. Even after getting me back to within a few dollars of the original quote they doubled down to make sure I was satisfied by deeply discounting some additional service plans. They turned what could have been a very negative experience into something very positive, truly a class act all around!

We'd never considered a Kia before, but after a test drive we decided on a Forte. Molly Baron located a six-speed Forte for us, and we had a great experience overall.

They work around your schedule and truly take every customer to heart. You are treated in a way that you want to come back. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect. And that you understand in full detail what's going on. I can honestly say it's the BEST service center!

Our experience with car dealerships has not been the best. Halleen Kia has changed our mind about car dealerships! Our sales rep, Josh, was wonderful. He worked with us and got us the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. The finance guy, Matt, was friendly and informative. The manager, Don, did everything he could to make our experience great. We have found our new Kia dealership!
