The process was easy. I picked out the car online. Made an appointment, test drove, and bought the car all on the same day. Everyone was nice. Our salesman Josh Valentine was very helpful. I would recommend the halleen experience.

I live in northern Michigan, about 5.5 hours from this location and they got in stock a rare GMC truck that is hard to find. I emailed them as soon as I was made aware of this thru cars.com to verify the availability. Of course it was there so we negotiated the sale via email and the next day I made the drive down. The staff was excellent and friendly and had everything ready when I got there.

My husband an I went into the dealership not expecting much because of our past experiences. Upon first greeting until we were complete with our purchase everyone we came in contact with was amazing! Molly our sales consultant was so easy going and easy to talk to. We felt like a friend rather then a customer. Don was super quick with everything he did. Matt was just as amazing as molly. I can not say enough positive things about these three individuals. They turned our past experiences around and made this one completely fun and and experience I hope everyone can have!
