I went in knowing what I wanted but Jim definitely helped make my choice easy. He is very knowledgeable of the Optima and explained all of the trims and extras to me. Jim showed us right to the used selections with no pressure to go for a new car. I really appreciate how we were able to drive the car without a salesman in the car with you. I feel like this gives you a better opportunity to discuss the car with your spouse. Once we decided on the car it was very quick and efficient. I have found my new Kia home!!

He was kind and courteous and if he did not have an answer for a question about the car, which was a used Malibu on a Kia lot, he did not hesitate to find out an answer. Steve in finance had a very positive and upbeat attitude which was refreshing. He was also very knowledgeable about financing options. It was a pleasure working with both of these people.
