This is my son's first big purchase while still in college. Great way to start his credit future, and Halleen Kia did an awesome job to help make that happen. I appreciate all of their efforts, and the way in which they made my son feel important. Thanks JIM!! and KIA!!

We were in a time crunch and needed to return a lease early and lease a new Sportage for our daughter who was moving to Denver. Martial went above and beyond to make the deal happen!! He spent Monday evening with us doing preliminary paper work and credit applications so that Wednesday evening when our daughter drove in from Columbus everything would be ready!! He even came in on his day off to complete the sale and deliver the car! He did a GREAT job and we truly appreciate his customer service!!!

So buying a car usually is a nightmare Well it's even worse when you're trying to trade in a lease that you were only aloud 48,000 miles. But you put 98,000 on it. And I still have 4 months to go. So after shopping around I decided to give Kia of North Olmsted a try. From the moment I walked in Michael Lee Mills Jr was there to help and make buying a car a great experience. I've bought quite a few cars since I started driving. This was hands down the best experience I've ever had. I walked out with everything I wanted and needed for my vehicle. ( Yes it has third row seating 😁lol). My payment is $80 cheaper than I expected and only a little higher than my previous payment which is to be expected considering my mileage. I went to Kia over the weekend to look for a new let and more reliable car. I had an idea of what I wanted to look at. After meeting with Mike our salesman, he directed my attention to other vehicles. After looking I decided to test a soul. I always thought they were ugly so I didn’t want to give it a chance, but lesson learned. You definitely should not judge anything by its appearance. After testing it, I knew that was the car I wanted to get. Mike and everyone at the dealership was super helpful in making sure I was able to leave same day with a new car! I’m very thankful for all there help in making such an important decision and helping me find something safe and reliable for me and my puppy!

As a first time car buyer, I heard very many stories about predatory sales. However, my experience at Halleen Kia was quite the opposite experience. Arnaldo was not only knowledgeable, he was also very nice, and extremely patient in helping me find my new car; never waivering from what I stated to be my needs and preferences.
