Elizabeth is the reason why I bought the car and how she works the personable touch! I am a difficult person in finding what I love, not like. She knew from sitting with us the car I would want and I came to the dealership for a special car in mind only. I had very little knowledge of KIA car's and I was not going to look at any other car. I was not buying a car that day, I came to drive and review only. Elizabeth suggested another vehicle and a sports SEDAN and I am a truck girl giving up a Hummer and she knew mentally that I would love the car by paying attention to me personally. She listens and learns who you are by her ingenious magic from above and uses her talented gift and works with people and shares the gift through kindness and with great care. I would highly recommend Elizabeth at the dealership as she is truly passionate about servicing her clients. It is all about delivering the needs to her clients and the Outcome. What was truly amazing that she was a great listener and that she took the time on a Saturday and extended that time on a Saturday past hours to explain the different options and spend time with us so that we clearly had a great understanding of what we were looking for. Looking for a new Kia because of previous excellent experience with Sedona. Also wanted to use Costco auto program and was referred to Halloween as local approved dealership. Brad Corns found the perfect car for me and walked me through the buying process very smoothly.

Everyone who helped up was friendly and upbeat even though we were still there after closing . The manager who helped with my paperwork was very talkative and personable and so was the sales person.
