I just purchased my 2nd car from your north Olmsted location and both experiences were great ones. I already knew what price point and car I had in mind coming in but I ended up leaving with something different and feeling very good about my purchase. The staff is friendly and our sales guy Martial Made the entire lengthy experience of buying a car super fun and enjoyable. Matt sold me my last car and he is now the one who financed my car so it was nice to see a familiar face and he remembered me. Buying a car is a stressful big decision and I felt at ease with the team at Haleen Kia. I would highly recommend Martial for anyone looking for a laid back no pressure car buying experience.

This is my second Kia that I've owned. I came in looking for new upgrade options after having a 13 optima. Vadym came out and asked if there were any options I was looking for in my upgrade showed me some new optimas test drove explained everything. He was super nice and quick. If you are looking to upgrade come see him.

My wife and I went to the east side Kia dealership on the Rockside Automile. When entering the salesman was rude. We refused to allow him to assist us and spoke with someone else. We were not satisfied with what they were saying and left. I was thought about going to Hundyai but my wife said try Halleen first. I am happy that we did. Upon entering, we were greeted by Charles Scott with a smile. He went over everything and was efficient. He told us things that the other Kia dealer never mentioned. Our overall experience was very pleasant. I can see myself coming here again.
