It was time to trade-in my five-year old Compass, but the dealerships I'd visited prior to Halleen all turned me away. However, Brad ("Pop") was immediately welcoming and apologetic that my search prior to Halleen had been unfavorable. Pop worked with me for hours trying to find the best deal and match for my overly picky needs! KIA surprised me with a fantastic trade allowance, and Matt was beyond accommodating walking me through all the overwhelming paperwork. I am so pleased with my new Sportage and do NOT regret making the decision to veer away from Jeep products.
