Techs should do a quick safety check each time. Tires had damage to side wall which was clearly visible. They are very professional and quick here.definitely will keep using and buying cars. Also I noticed that tech didnt close washer fluid cap on last visit but no biggy there. Will be buying new tires here! Great amenities while you wait too. Greg was very professional and efficient!

Martial was great! No pressure. He has all the answers that we needed and was able to find the car that we wanted. He then explained how everything works and was there when we had additional questions. If you need a great knowledgeable low pressure salesperson Martial is your person!

Kris Coulter and Griffin Sabelli helped answer all of my initial questions online, making my visit to the dealership that much more productive and easy. Walked into Halleen, No. Olmsted last Saturday 3/30 and asked for a female salesperson and met Molly Baron! We hit it off immediately and she guided me through the process of trading in my 2015 BMW and I ended up leasing a 2019 Sportage. Don was also great to work with and Matt was outstanding as well. Overall wonderful experience.

So I’ve already bought from Halleen, this is my second car. So I mean when I say this is the greatest place on earth to buy your car from! Arnaldo is the best sales rep I have ever met. He was outstanding when he helped the first time around, he didn’t fall short this time either. I don’t believe I can express how much I love this place and Arnaldo. They’ve made things so simple and easy for me. If that doesn’t count for anything know that my mother and sister has gotten the same awesome treatment so now he is our forever sales rep in the family!
