This process was so easy! My miles were up with a year left on my lease, so I knew I would have some.negative equity, but had very little wiggle room with monthly payments. Leon worked with his manager to reach a comfortable range and I left with the car I love!

We worked with Elizabeth Mansfield and the business manager Matt Rogalski. Elizabeth was absolutely wonderful! She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and funny! She made the car buying experience very fun and WAY LESS stressful than I've been through before. We didn't feel pressured to buy, nor did she try to steer us towards one car or another. She wanted to make sure we got what WE wanted and it was absolutely awesome. It almost felt like we were buying a car from a friend, we talked business, intermittently talked personal lives and got to know each other. We went in on Friday to buy my boyfriend's car, and liked Elizabeth so much we went back Sunday to buy myself a car!! Matt was also super awesome! He got to know us on a more personal level as we went through the finance portion of the process. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, yet quick! I had an awesome experience at this dealership and would definitely recommend to others. (On a side note. I've had HORRIBLE experiences at my local Kia Dealerships and have driven a Kia Soul for 4 years, so I've dealt with my fair share of dealerships. I never thought I'd buy another Kia but this certainly, 100% turned things around for us!!)

Elizabeth was my sale person. I have been going tbeough financial hardships as well as poor credit score ratings. She understood and was not judgmental at all. She was able to find me the best car that would met my financial needs as well as giving me a car that had everything I wanted except for a moon roof. Lol. She was attentive , helpful and kept me informed of the processing of my papers. Also " Steve" the finance man was also helpful in helping me in getting the best payment amount. He was thorough and also shared a great sense of humor.

The service was great the sales staff and finance department walked me though every step ... I felt as though my concerns were there concerns. I did not feel like a number in a crowd. He found the car that I wanted, with my preferred details in check. It was awesome! The free coffee was great, and Mr. Oleg Gera followed through with the additional packages that I was also interested in. It was a very hassle-free, fun, and friendly process. Kia is an awesome brand, and I love my new car. (note: we are still on the honeymoon phase, lol!)
