Elizabeth was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help myself and my father in law who was new to Kia. So patient and kind and she turned my frown upside down. She really took the time to make us both happy and get just what we needed. She had no pressure and really let us take our time and explained things really well. She is so professional and I had such a wonderful experience because of her. I would HIGHLY recommend the dealership, especially because of the way we were treated by her. I had a very pleasant experience with Halleen Kia. I had a tight schedule and they were very accommodating to my needs and got things together seemlessly. This is my second time purchasing a car from Halleen Kia and I will continue going back for service if people like Gregg continue to work there. My experience is always great and I'm more than willing to pass up 2-3 closer Kia dealerships due to the great service at Halleen.

We called to inquire about upgrading our current vehicle that is leased. They set an appointment for us to come in. Explained in detail what they could do for us to upgrade. They presented a vehicle to us that was more than what we were looking for but gave us a great deal and we walked out a happy customer for the 2nd time at this dealership.

I have coming to halleen for years for my cars. Jon is the guy I see every time and it's always a great experience. My husband has gotten multiple cars from him also, and I have recommended people to him with great results as well. He makes a stressful task an easy, painless experience each time! He puts alot of himself into working with his customers and we appreciate that. There is a reason we keep coming back! Jay was my finance guy and he was great. I was in and out in no time!

Molly justin and jay were great ! They were very helpful, kind , patient and professional in what tends to be a stressful situation. We felt very informed throughout the entire process and did not feel like they just wanted a sale. They treated us as though we were old friends. They were genuine and down to earth, we were able to have great conversation which helped time fly by during long process :) Molly was awesome make sure you look for her when you visit the dealership!!!
