He had an estimate quick and worked to keep it in the price range I could do. Every step of the process was explained. I can't believe how simple he made it, and again, how comfortable I was. I knew I wanted to work with Gregg, and even though he was already working on a few different deals with other people he was accommodating to my needs. He was careful to explain the details of my options, and was VERY patient with me, even when I changed my mind last minute and we had to redo some paper work! He was able to meet all of my needs, and get me into a car that I LOVE.
